In my opinion, this machine is not worth the price. I would expect a machine of this price to have some sort of a memory but. 1 (one), if you don't keep an eye on the water level and it runs out half way through making drink, then after re-filling the water container it does not know where in the coffee making cycle it was and so you have to throw away the half cup of hot water and start all over again. 2. (two) the same goes with the coffee bean hob. Compared to the coffee machine's I had for years (two, same make) that use small coffee pods then these are far more worth the price.

Quite easy to set up after you have spent 2 hours reading the manual. You need to use at least 10 times before it starts to work well. Milk and machine cleans it self every time Bad points When you have put beens in if you don’t like them you then need to put others in and run through 8 or 9 coffees before it comes right If you decide to use the app the machine will rinse through before your coffee so not such a good idea

Produces good, but not excellent, quality espresso. Somewhat disappointing considering the high price of the machine. The machine's footprint is much larger than I expected from the photos. Do not buy this machine unless you have a large kitchen with lots of available space.

Great product, but the app doesn’t work well and you can’t change some of the setting with out it. If they update the app it would be 5 stars.

Great machine that does amazing coffee. What i consider a minus for such an expensive espresso is that doesn't tell you when is not having enough water for the beverage.

Machine is quick to set up, big and makes lovely coffee. Cannot find out where the automatic turn on is. Also was supposed to come with a water test strip and a mug to go travel mug which were not in the box. For the price that is very disappointing to say the least!
