Five stars but really would be 4.5 if there was an option. It loses half a star because for me the idea of the WiFi is that I can set it going to make my coffee and it be ready by the time I am! However, it requires to run a short cleaning process after sitting idle for any length of time meaning I can't leave my cup in position ready for my fresh coffee to vend! Otherwise, I am delighted with this machine.

In my opinion, this machine is not worth the price. I would expect a machine of this price to have some sort of a memory but. 1 (one), if you don't keep an eye on the water level and it runs out half way through making drink, then after re-filling the water container it does not know where in the coffee making cycle it was and so you have to throw away the half cup of hot water and start all over again. 2. (two) the same goes with the coffee bean hob. Compared to the coffee machine's I had for years (two, same make) that use small coffee pods then these are far more worth the price.

Great product, but the app doesn’t work well and you can’t change some of the setting with out it. If they update the app it would be 5 stars.

Fantastic machine .3rd Delonghi one. Started with a magnifica then diamamica and just upgraded to the Primadonna Soul bean to cup.Best machine I've had that makes coffee better than coffee shops.dont buy coffee out any more make my own in takeaway cups .machine easy to use with so many functions. The best machine for all types of coffee.

Amazing coffee machine . I can’t stop having my favourite lattes now . I’m absolutely obsessed with it . Was costly but it was 100% worth it for us. It’s easy to clean as well . I haven’t use the Wi-Fi connection yet . I’m ok as it is at the moment . Honestly nothing to complain about . I’m happy with my fancy coffees and it tastes better then the ones I’m having when I go out .

Love this machine it’s so easy to set up and to clean. It make’s all the normal hassle of making cups of coffee all go away with the touch screen and program selections you have a good cup every time

An excellent bean to cup machine. Very easy to use and clean. Makes an excellent coffee and also has hot water and tea function.
