The best

Bought this to replace my previous De'longhi bean to cup machine. The previous one we loved and when it developed a fault i sent it for repair. However, that can take quite a long time, with no guarantees of success. So, we decided we couldn't live without another and we are most definitely delighted with the new PrimaDonna. The last machine was great. This one is even better. Love the easy controls and the ease of setting up profiles for different users. Means you can make beverages to suit all the families tastes. Fantastic Coffee machine, expensive, but highly recommended. You won't be disappointed with this product.

Replaced an older De’Longhi PrimaDonna with this one and it was well worth the purchase. Easy to set up, overall a very solid appearance, seems well made. Tried a variety of coffees and they all taste very nice. Highly recommended.

Best coffee machine I have ever had, tried pod machines but not a patch on this one, makes coffee just like ones you buy at those well known coffee places. Easy to clean it helps how it doe’s most of it itself. Like the way all I have to do is tap a key, can even do it on my phone to get a great tasting coffee. Only downfall is now I’m drinking about 3 cappuccino’s a day .!!!

Out of the i box so easy to use! With my last Delonghie bean to cup i think i made lots versions of a latte but could not really explore the world of coffee. with this machine i have now traveled those uncharted waters and am finally experiencing a full range of great beverages!

Great product, an upgrade from a Gaggia bean to cup machine. Like the milk crema system that froths the milk. One press coffee, got the temperature and cup size sorted now. It cost more than my original budget, but worth it.
