Do not buy this machine, we are on our second one, first one arrived faulty with start button not working, now the 2nd machine has developed the same fault.

Do not purchase this machine. Purchased 13th February it stopped working on the 30th March. Stuck on standby. Contacted the manufacturer or their assigned management company Pacifica under their warranty to no avail. Engineer booked to come on the 15th April and they cancelled the morning of costing me a days holiday. Re arranged for the 25th which was cancelled again. And rescheduled for the 2nd May. Taking bets now on them turning up on the 2nd. Wish I never purchased!

Start / pause button won’t work so machine can’t wash anything. This seems to be a consistent problem with this model. Don’t buy it. I’m now waiting a week for an engineer to come and repair it.

The best machine does everything I need it to and more

Wish I had taken more notice of the bad reviews. Had this washing machine delivered last week, it worked once and then the start button stuck. Engineer came out and apparently fixed it and told me the button should only be pressed gently!! I tried to use it after he left, touching the button only very gently, and it stuck again. An engineer is due to come out again Friday. Feeling very infuriated with this purchase. I used AO so I could get a washing machine delivered within a couple of days but instead I have now been the owner of a brand new non-working machine for nearly a week. There is an obvious reoccurring fault with this machine and it should be recalled.

I needed a washing machine quickly, so from when mine broke, I received my new one within 3 days. Brilliant. My partner wanted white, but I wanted black, and chose this one as it was in the sale and appeared to have some great cycles. The reason I've rated four, is that the paint on the draw came off too easily, so I marked it down. I love the look of it, so compromised on a mix of grey and black. I like it, it does a job and it looks smart. Being in Cornwall we expected to be waiting in all day, so was extremely happy to have had it delivered and working by 9.30 am, giving us time to enjoy our time off. Delivery men were very pleasant. This is my second large white goods purchase from a.o and have had no issues, from purchasing to delivery.

The machine worked for 1 day …. Took nearly 3 weeks to get a replacement!!!’ Useless!!!

Looks amazing and works really well only problem is to get to start it’s a bit fiddly as in you have to turn the dial a few times for it to then go into the programme you wish to wash with
