The washing machine itself is brilliant. My only complaint is, that when I used fabric conditioner in my previous machine, one cup would be sufficient. However, in this sharp 8kg I am using 2 measures of fabric conditioner and I am unable to smell it on my clothes after the wash. The machine does give a great wash and the spin cycle does help the clothes to dry quicker on the maiden / clothes airer. There are plenty of programmes to choose from and you are able to change the temperature, spin speed and there is a steam functionality also which, I have used but I'm not sure if I see value in this function because, the machine will spin (to remove excess water) then the steam function adds the water / moisture level back in. All in all, I gave this machine a 4/5 because I do like the machine but I am not over heals in love with it just yet.

3 weeks old now so far very good very quite which is a big benefit and better quality washing than our previous (hoover),the only down side I think is the quality of the door seems very cheap but so far nothing wrong with it

Good, quiet, intuitive

Not a good machine. Expensive and you can NOT change program according to the washing. Most programs don't allow you to change temperature or the spin power. The short wash is NOT a wash, it is a rinse. Only good thing is that it is not very noisy.

Great washing, easy to install and pleasing on the eye

Standard cycle is about 3.5 hours long, there is another that runs just under 2 that cleans just as well. Clothes seem to come out cleaner than out old machine and the spin cycle is vastly quieter as well. However, this machine like to walk on our floor. Not far but enough to rub some of the paint off the cupboard. Ive tried making it level and unlevel to no luck. Sticking some foam pads in the gap between it and the worktop has kept it still since.

Good product, reasonable price and quiet.

I didn't want to buy a washing machine but I broke my 5 year old Candy machine and clothes gotta be cleaned. Honestly starting to feel glad it broke because this is so much quieter, easier to use and it seems to get the clothes much cleaner plus I love the steam function. Best washer I've used.
