Great washing machine. Looks really smart. Really quiet and holds loads of washing. Washing comes out really clean! The only thing is that it’s a little confusing to use at first and quite technical. AI wash is great but I have read reviews that it can sometimes not finish the cycle but it hasn’t done that to me! Overall would recommend.

Good value for the features. Machine is working well and has plenty of programs to choose from. No negatives so far. Quiet and doesn’t leap around. Hopefully will last as long as the previous LG machine which is still going but relegated to “dog towel washing “.

It's obvious the world of home laundry has moved on since my last purchase of a washing machine! My new LG machine can cope with a 10kg load, can predict the necessary program with Artificial Intelligence and has a virtually silent direct drive system which does not use an electric motor that needs time limited carbon brushgear. In fact, the machine comes with a 10 year guarantee! And if that is not enough, the machine uses steam cleaning to reduce odours and freshen clothes! All this, and the appliance has a better than A1 rating - in fact 10% better than A1 at A1-10%... a win win situation. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will certainly use AO's services in the future!

Great machine. Good variety of wash cycles. Amazingly quiet. My last LG lasted about 15years of very heavy use. AO service and prices excellency as always
