Love this washing machine. Bought an LG large load ten years ago, it has been heavily used in a hard water area and it has only just died. I didn’t hesitate to replace with the same make and new version of same mode. Highly recommend.

This washer is great ,had the older version WHICH lasted over ten years hence the reason for getting another LG ,great choice of washing cycles many of which are less than an hour also love the steam setting for sheets and towels .would recommend highly .

I owned a previous 10kg LG washing machine and this product has improved over that one, as follows: 1. The various programs allow you to modify the temperature and spin speed, unlike the previous model which had some restrictions. 2. The AI program genuinely appears to work as outlined in the manual and makes choosing a washing cycle really easy. 3. The water intake valve does not pulse on and off, so strongly as the previous model therefore the noise in our pipework during water filling is reduced. 4. Even a full bed linen wash day fits into the larger drum easily without having to be squeezed in which was the case with the 10kg model.

Very happy with the washing machine and delivery was fast.

Many programs you can only find out how long your laundry going to take after you start which is annoying .machine should tell you as you choose the programs. For 13 kg laundry Drum is not big enough.

Great machine, had last LG washing over 10 years

Good washing machine, it’s the second LG machine we’ve had and always got on well with them. We only replaced the last machine as we moved house. The large capacity is ideal when washing our super king bedsheets. Lots of useful features but I mainly got this for the hygiene and short wash functions. The AI feature is great on this. It’s also very quiet running. As with all LG machines, it’s very musical when it alerts you when finishing a cycle - think ice cream van. It amuses us, but if that’s the kind of thing that annoys you - I would think about a different brand.
