Really happy with size and effectiveness of wash. Downsized from a commercial 15kg top loader and was worried we wouldn’t be able to fit in duvets, but they are washed well. The turbo programme does a great job.

This is our 3rd LG so we obviously like the brand ! This one has the ezydispense - it’s fab, no need to add detergent or fabric conditioner every wash, easy to also add seperate if doing a particular wash. Like the bigger size drum, 13kgs.

very easy machine to use, the app makes it even easier. Very quiet and efficient. It’s a machine that takes washing to the next level, Efficiency ease of use, washes and spins clothes to a very high standard.

Easiest machine I’ve had to use. Even my children can manage to put a load on. I load the washing liquid and fabric conditioner and they just have to turn it on and press play. The app lets me know when it’s finished wherever I am so I can call them and get it on the line even when I’m out. And I’m sure I’m saving money on washing liquid as the machine is a better doser than me and my unsteady hands!

Very efficient and quiet. I love the turbo wash and the steam function. It is a complicated machine but once you get used to it it's brilliant!

Very quiet. Energy efficient. Cleans well. The ai program is very effective. Only negative is different cycles have different capacities .
