The Fridge itself is great, love the size, colour and design. However very disappointed it arrived with a European 2 pin plug. Although a replacement UK plug was provided in the box it is the wrong shape to simply plug in. This could only be noticed once the back panel of the fridge had to be unscrewed and removed to try to fit. The solution is then to arrange an engineer from Smeg to come and fit a new plug for you. A real hassle and inconvenience, particularly over Christmas. I would have marked 1 star due to this really impacting my purchase experience however the delivery people were great and very helpful manoeuvring the large appliance into my house, so credit is due to them.

We really love it and would have given it five stars if it had not come with a European plug instead of a UK one. We were unable to plug it in without voiding the warrentee and had to wait for Smeg to come out and change the plug. It was sorted quickly but it was hassle and if I had not read the instructions and clarified this with so we would have voided the warrentee. Now it's on it looks great keeps things cold.
