Surprised by how big the inside is, easy to manage design. Does work amazingly, the pizza setting actually blew us away ??

Love my new oven, it was easy to fit and easy to operate. AO delivered on time, and were friendly and efficient, took my old one away too. Oven itself has a huge glass door, which is ace, the brightest light I’ve seen in an oven which is so handy. It is also so easy to clean.

Had two both broke down on first use total useless product

When I bought this product I had dreams of putting the roast in the oven and opening up an app on a hillside somewhere, instructing it to switch on, so it was ready when I got home.. Foolish me. This, for the not too technological minded like me, is a wifi oven. This means you can use it when the oven AND the phone / tablet is connected to the same wifi. So, if you want to switch the oven on you need to be in the same house... In theory... However, the oven keeps dropping out of wifi so you have to go to the oven to turn the dial and reset the wifi. I have had this oven a month now and 80% of the time I am there, a foot away from the oven, trying to get the app to communicate with the oven. It's nothing to do with my wifi, as the smart kettle is next to the oven and works fine. It is supposed to work away from home but you get a message stating as the phone is not connected to the same wifi it takes about 90 seconds to communicate... I gave up after 5 minutes (and this was in the back garden). Also, if Candy should look at my review, here's a bit of advice. People who spend over 200 quid on a supposed top of the range oven, do not like looking at instruction manuals and thinking, no - I don't have that facility, No, I don't have that facility either... the app is also terrible - how can something be offline and updating? And the other gripes mentioned - No grill pan handle, only one shelf, no timer display. On the plus?? The oven gets hot.

Good value for money and looks great

Once you have got the wifi app and up and running this is a great oven. It doesn’t have a timer display built in Burt I haven’t found that to be a problem. The oven temperature gets there very quickly and it cooks great. My only criticism is it only comes with one shelf but i saved one from my old oven and it fits.

Smart and functional oven. Happy with the purchase and would recommend. Only point is that this version has to be connected to your phone for any display option such as time and timers. Not an issue though.
