Sleek and smart appliance that outshines previous dishwashers. We've heard good things about AEG before but this is our first purchase. Competitive and reasonable price for the level of spec you buy. New satellite clean technology really does reach all the corners, and the air dry function to pop the door open means I never have to finish drying before unloading the dishes. It's cleaned the most stubborn dirt and stains in just one wash, with no pre washing by hand. Good points: - adjustable top tray so larger items can fit on the bottom (like big baking trays) - satellite clean gets all the corners and nothing is missed - range of programs and functions to suit different needs, including glass care for shiny glassware - large cutlery tray with removable individual divider - every single thing I've washed has come out as clean as new. It even removed the built up tea stains on mugs that I usually have to hand scrub clean! - very easy to install with very clear instructions - free extended warranty was easy to register Not so good points: - that big cutlery tray? Far too big! It takes up so much space and can only really go in one place without losing more functional space - on 2 occasions the tablet hasn't released from the tablet drawer. The first time was user error (I think) by having a tall-ish tray close to the door. The second time though, there were no obstructions so I'm not sure. - difficult to level once installed under the counter. Took longer to level it than actually install it. Cups on the top shelf kept sliding until it was properly levelled.

This is one amazing dishwasher that looks divine and cleans to match. In fact it has so impressed me and is worth every penny. It is well thought out and I can fit everything in easily which I have never had before so no handwashing the odd item or two. The cutlery basket is lovely and large and has plenty of space along with the detergent dispenser as I can fit my choice of tablet in easily without squashing it. When it finishes it opens the door slightly and I would not believe what a difference this makes but items can be put away without getting the tea towel out so a real bonus. I have not had to rewash anything and that is very impressive as I cook from scratch every evening with baked on edges and stained cups both come up sparkling. This is a big hit in my house and so pleased we bought it.

From the outset the machine looked sleek and well put together. The inside trays promote various lay outs so it lends itself to allowing for various different items in different places (which is great for a household with children). The fact that the top tray is adjustable is also fantastic and meant we could get larger plates in with ease. The spray arm is powerful and each was the dishes have been completely cleaned with no residue. The eco wash setting is longer than I had anticipated however we have found that this is a great wash for putting on overnight due to the AirDry feature. In the morning the load is bone dry and crystal clear. The screen is easy to work and programme and the look of the machine gives it a high end feel, fitting in well with any kitchen style. This has been a great addition to a busy family who use their dishwasher daily and having the option to programme starting time and cycle length has been a time saver.

I always had a high expectation from AEG and it didn’t disappoint this time ! It had numerous functions which makes my life easier. The 30mins program is handy to have when you forgot to put the dishwasher on the night before . Also there is a hygiene function which gives me peace of mind when cleaning baby equipment during weaning which we just entering now ! Unfortunately on couple occasions at the short cycle my dishes didn’t come up as clean as I would expect but with change of program to Extra Power which increases the wash temperature dishes came up clean qas new! The drying technology where the door opens at the end of the cycle is a good solution to save energy but in my opinion dishes are not as dry as I would like them to be . Also the glass grips are much safer that my old appliance . Overall for the price the appliance is on sale for I would recommend it for a medium size household.

Really like how the washer opens after cycle to aid drying time. Looks great in steal, and washes really well and very quiet too.

Very pleased with the AEG dishwasher. Easy to set up and very quiet in operation. My previous dishwasher lasted 24 years so things have definitely changed in that time. I liked the choice of programmes the machine offers and AEG have a good reputation which is important to me.
