Brilliant lots of space

Nice compact shape. I like the way that the ice tray fits in. It maximises the space. Having the temperature controls accessible when the door is closed is also a good feature.

Delighted with the freezer. An ideal replacement for the small chest freezer in the garage. I was expecting lots of gurgles and other noises but it is very quiet so far. Good sized drawers which pull out easily. Especially pleased with the 10year parts guarantee. Looking forward to never having to defrost it.

Very pleased with freezer overall but unfortunately the cover for the top shelf wasn’t in the consignment, hence low rating. I like the alarm that sounds if you accidentally leave the door open ??

So pleased with this excellent upright freezer. Bought it to replace an existing chest freezer and the ease of seeing what we have in stock and what needs replacing is a god send. Also to be able to access the food by simply pulling out a drawer is so much easier than leaning over and shifting stuff around to search for the illusive product. No more thinking I have something lurking in the bottom of the freezer only to find it has been used.

This is a perfectly functional freezer which (checking with my two freezer thermometers) achieves the recommended temperature of -18c. Lower temperatures are available, I tried-20c too. However it is a little small internally. Construction is lightweight (almost flimsy). On installation I knocked a chair over, it hit the door which easily dinted. Clearly not as sturdily constructed as the freezer it replaced. The instructions for changing the door around to change the opening from right to left are a joke. So poor as to be almost incomprehensible. If you struggle with self assembly furniture then forget it! Get the delivery guys to change the door around on delivery. I would have liked to go for a more premium model but this little Biko was the only upright freezer that would fit my available space,(all others being too tall). On balance it’s okay… does the job but is rather lightweight.

Easy to get ready however only has one small ice tray included with it. Ice was ready quite quickly though. Quick freeze had it all ready to go within 20 mins
