Purchased this fridge freezer only 2 and a half years ago and it's died. Gas has escaped so not cooling, called engineer as out of warranty to be told the pipework to regas is inaccessible. So 2 and half years down the line I am looking to have to buy a new fridge/freezer. I am fuming, Hisense have been useless. I will never touch a Hisense appliance ever again. I've had to score 1 star as it wouldn't let me submit with zero!

So I have a large household and I’m forever shopping for food. My normal fridge barely held anything but with a lot of thought and time looking into it. I found this Hisense fridge and it’s amazing. The space inside is unreal, water dispenser is also a bonus. I can finally go shopping and come home and not have to squeeze things in or chuck old things out because there’s no room. This fridge has saved my life and made it ten times easier. 10/10

Excellent machine very happy

It wasn't the easiest thing for the delivery guys to get up 2 flights of stairs to my flat but im so glad they did! I love it and the freezer is surprisingly spacious. I wasn't sure how much I'd use the water dispenser and considered one with an ice maker instead but um glad I didn't sacrifice the extra freezer space. Great fridge freezer and its quiet too.
