Top cutlery tray impinges on the tray below thus cutting down of the height allowance of taller items. the first tray has an awkward drop down rack holder that doesn't hold tall stem glasses well. Our old AEG dishwasher was a more sensible design and more friendly for stacking. Why oh why do designers interfere on a perfect original design? Overall the product seems well built. Time will tell!!

Great product, much quieter than our old 18 year old machine.

Great product it cleans my dishes and pans and cutlery to perfection the cutlery try being on its own shelf freeing up more room for larger items is a great idea totally satisfied

Great dishwasher, quiet but effective

Extremely pleased with the energy friendly dishwasher. Expertly installed and plumbed- in by ao. We were kept informed regularly about the new arrival. Replaced an AEG like for like and seems to do the job! ao once again literally delivered the goods!

Cleans well and is very quiet. For some reason it doesn't seem to fit as much in as my previous Smeg model, which was exactly the same size, even with the cutlery tray space saving. The configuration of the plate holders on the bottom tray just seems quite inefficient. Nothing wrong with it but not sure it is worth the additional cost, let's hope it proves me wrong.

The touching panel have little problem, sometimes you need to reset the dishwasher if you found the touching panel is not reactive.
