Really takes some getting used to, especially with the very basic instruction manual which only has pictures. Prior to first use I was unsure of the exact setup needed as one booklet said certain programs only needed water and others didn't but that ended up not being the case. My first use I tried out frozen chips, they took longer than a conventional oven timing and unfortunately were overcooked and rock hard, so I decided to do homemade things there onwards. I have since used most of the programs and have made a variety of tasty, healthy meals from homemade chips, roasting whole chickens to steamed fish and vegetables and even a cake! It has a very large capacity and can easily cook for a family of 4. Overall the appliance has been a great addition to my household and it is used a few times a week. It's easy to clean and takes pride of place on my worktop. I would really recommend this product if you are looking for an alternative to the conventional oven.
