Great size with 11kg wash, doing less washed per week. Good variety of wash presets, plus downloadable ones via the LG app. The LG ThinQ app seems to work really well. Machine is really quiet, at least compared to our old machine! Even on the 1400 spin. My only negatives would be that I did not receive a tool to adjust the feet, and also that the outlet/waste pipe wasn’t long enough for our existing system.

This washing machine totally surprised me by taking only an hour to do what my old machine took 3.5 hours to do. I haven't tried the dryer yet but I'm so hair with it so far.

Brilliant machine to start off washes effortlessly but 11 months into owning it started leaking ever so slightly here’s where trouble starts LG have terrible customer service their guarantee as long as it is isn’t really worth much if they refuse to help sent out poorly trained engineers, and when the machine does get written off refuses to deal with you, go look at trust pilot before you buy if I had I wouldn’t have wasted my money shop somewhere else just not LG

Pretty good - very similar to the Samsung (even same tune) The spin is quite aggressive, have to peel clothes off the drum so use lower spin now. No specific air wash/refresh mode - probably have to use allergy care Wifi connection is actually pretty useful to know when cycle is finished and use remote start rather than fiddling with buttons.

Good capacity and actually dries the clothes!
