My previous washing machine of over 10 years was an LG and I loved it. So I was happy to stick to the same manufacturers. Brilliant performance, quiet, huge drum, once you get the hang of operating it has an easy to use display, download the App on your phone and you can operate the machine via the App. Absolutely brilliant especially for those unfortunate with mobility issues, I am a very happy customer. Hoping it lasts as long as my previous one. Due to purchase the LG tumble dryer to match very soon. AAA+++

Looks great, cleans well, amazingly quiet washing machine. I wish it came with someone to explain all the different options, and which programme which should choose! It would also be great if the machine weighed the clothes, and then showed you how much was in.

My previous washer dryer was hopeless leaving washed clothes smelling nasty and not drying very well so I decided to cut my losses and ditch it (was only 18 mths old)- was the best decision I've made in a long time -So far this appliance has proved itself to be an excellent product -it has a huge drum which even accomodated my kingsize teddy style duvet cover easily.It is really quiet when running and the 1400 spin certainly does it's job .The controls are easy to operate and they allow you to choose lots of temperature/spin speed combinations and I like the reservoirs which mean you don't need to add washing liquid/laundry additive for each wash -it decides how much is needed for each wash and does it for you -love the tunes it plays when it's finished too .No complaints from me so far -if you are looking to buy this machine I think it's a good choice

This is about my third or fourth LG washer (upgrades not breakdowns) which I’ve trusted since they first came up with the Direct Drive motor. This one is no exception. Very easy to use and set up, huge drum, easy to connect to the app.

Amazing! It's super quiet even kn the drying g setting, super energy efficient and clothes come out so clean every time. We're a family of 4 and it keeps up with the washing loads every week. Perfect addition for any family.

So far I am very impressed. I had a previous similar LG washer dryer so knew what to expect but this one can hold a huge amount of washing! I haven’t made use of all the different options yet but it’s so handy having the drawer that adds the detergent and softener automatically (if you want it to, you don’t have to use that function).
