Really pleased with this fridge freezer. It took a while to get used to the different handles from our old LG. Just a couple of other minor differences, one being the smaller catch tray under the water/ice dispenser which does need more attention than the old one as it doesn’t hold very much water. The other is the hold for the bottom drawer in the fridge, which is sited under the drawer meaning, for an older person, they need to be able to reach right to the bottom of the drawer, which, if you are becoming less mobile could be difficult. It does hold more than our older model which is good and somehow seems a larger interior as well. So, very pleased overall, and if it lasts as long as the old one we will be extremely pleased.

Great delivery from AO again. This is my first American fridge freezer. There is loads of room inside this LG and it’s super quiet, Which is great for open plan living. The colour finishes it off, it looks sleek in its location.

11th Jan I reviewed this as 'so far so good'. Since then, I connected the water and had a problem with the water switch sticking. LG replaced the spring, but it started sticking again 4 months later....I cannot be bothered with the rigmarole of getting someone out again. Salad drawers are far better design and more robust than previous model. Control panel being inside the fridge is not sensible; it tells the temperature setting not the actual, and the app telling me the door is open is annoying. However, still very pleased!

Come exactly as described. Good and spacious inside with plenty of shelves etc. The ice and water part works well. My only comment is our fridge door doesn’t open past 90 degrees and that means you can pull open the bottom veg draw. I took the ‘lid’ off that draw so it is still usable. All round a very good product.

Replacement for our 16 year old LG USA f/.f. Unfortunately first delivery suffered problems with refrigeration during transport. The supplier stepped in, and a brand new replacement arrived next day. Worked well immediately. Far better design than earlier model, so more space but similar size. Only drawback is that you need to stick yet another app on your phone. Excellent so far.

Nice large capacity for a family of 6, sleek design and modern. Only negative would be that you cannot see the actual temperature and only can only rely on the set temperature.
