Reasonably priced, looks good but it is a little noisy.

The hood looks good, and was reasonably easy to fit - unfortunately the instructions were both lacking and occasionally wrong. If you're a fairly confident DIY'er you'll be fine..! The LED lights are super-bright, but can easily be replaced with something a little less harsh if desired.

So far seems ok. Replacing a Baumatic Cooker hood that you cannot buy bulbs for anymore. Cooking in the dark got a bit tedious!!

Looks smart, replacement for damaged one on first delivery

Lovely product, though arrived damaged. Got on to AO Customer Services who arranged for a replacement and collection of damaged product for next day. Delivery team checked we were happy with the replacement product before leaving. Excellent service all round from the AO team. Excellent product and pleased we paid out more for a lovely looking quality product. Easy installation instructions. Bear in mind, if fitting the flue to exit via external wall, you will need to purchase the flue pipe, external wall vent and wall cavity pipe. Have used AO a number of times and will continue to do so purely on best price and excellent customer service.

Works well but extremely noisy

OK but came with a dent in an obvious place as an older person just to big and heavy to try and pack up and return. otherwise as described. and works fine.

This is a discontinued product and Leisure no longer supply replacement carbon filters (which according to the user manual need changing every 3 months). Having only had the hood for one day I didn't expect to have difficulties stocking up on replacement filters. No wonder AO have this as a recommended product, obviously trying to get rid of old stock. I have managed to track down some filters at cookerhoodfilters.
