Good quality hot point dryer.

Nothing to dislike.

Basic, functional drier. Large capacity. Does what is says on the tin.

Broken after 5 months use. Just finished 1 load, loaded up the next and hey presto it wouldn't turn back on. Diagnosed the problem ourselves, start switch had gone. After some research this seems a very common problem. Seems even the replacement may break so could not be bothered with the hassle and ordered a higher end more expensive brand to replace this useless cheap one. My advise: do not buy this if you want a machine that lasts, buy better. AO we have no issues with, always great delivery service. Just wish we had researched a little more before buying Hotpoint!

The product is amazing and really impressed with the heat pump after using a vented dryer for many years. But more impressed with the professional customer service, would so recommend.

I am very pleased with this dryer, it is much better than my last one . The drum is a lot bigger so can fit much more in . Overall I am very pleased with this purchase
