My new Hotpoint freezer is a very good replacement for my old one! There is more space in the drawers and runs very quietly! With the drawer fronts being clear it makes it easier to see which drawer is holding the food you need to get at. Would definitely recommend!

Great service as always from AO.... Postives; Freezer is well laid out and plenty of room. VERY Quiet in operation. Negatives; Temp control is at the back so needs setting prior to locating freezer. Opening the door is such a bad design and not ergonomic. Very small slot for placing your fingers so it crushes the top of your fingers when opening. No big deal but could and should have been designed better.

Great freezer for a reasonable price. This freezer oozes quality and has one of the largest storage capacity for an under counter freezer. Perfect.

A very nice product, two ovens, just what I need for smaller portions, but able to do the full Sunday dinner when required. The only complaint if it be a complaint is the timer buzzer is very quiet for those hard of hearing.

AO provide a good service at reasonable prices. The delivery window could be a little more accurate on the day, but the freezer works well.

Nice looking freezer, works well so far but the poor reviews about the handle are correct. It is too small and it’s painful to open the freezer door.
