The freezer fits well under the counter without jutting out and so is easy to use.

Hotpoint have always been the best in my experience! Over the years weather it be fridge,freezers,washing machine or cookers they are my top make! would recommend to anyone and ao.com prices, top sevice and 5 star care just can't be faulted in any ways.

Nice size but its nearly impossible to open as handle on top of door is too narrow and cuts into fingers

Freezer is very quiet in operation, I can't even hear it to be honest. I've got it on the max 3 setting and it's down very cold. The drawers are a good size and I can get loads of items in there. Some previous reviewers said the door was awkward to open because it was so small where you grip it, and I worried about that, but I actually find it OK. If you had absolutely HUGE hands, then it might be an issue, but as I said, no problem for me with average size hands. Delivery by AO was quick and efficient. They removed all the packaging for me and took it away, installed my freezer where I wanted it, and they also took my old fridge/freezer away. In and out and everything installed in just a few minutes. Very pleased with the purchase. Will definitely use AO again.

Three good sized storage draws however the main drawback is the slot that is the handle for the door. Unfortunately, I ignored comments that others had made about it. I find it difficult to open, if you have large hands and fingers it would be almost impossible to use.

Very easy to order and we were kept up to date on when we would get delivery. The freezer works well and fits as expected. It holds a good amount of food which was needed over Christmas. Happy with the purchase.
