love it! I had bought the same model before, for another flat, and it works perfectly, both as a washer and a dryer. I especially love the short cycles, so convenient. highly recommended, Hoover is the best in my opinion!

Having bought this washer dryer when there were limited options 2 years ago, I wish I didn’t bother. Constantly requiring repairs, first heat sensor went in first 4 months, now a recurring problem with the belt. Engineer states overload it is one set of bedding. I have never had a washing machine that cannot cope with washing a king duvet cover and 4 pillow cases and a flat sheet. For most part I hang clothes outside but winter months and for towels the dryer is a must. Taking into account the reduced load capacity you have to at least put the dryer on twice for clothes to be completely dry, then turn it off part way in the second as it is not correctly sensing that the items are now dry. Another thing I do not like in this is the lint collection around the door frame and seal. When you have a separate dryer it seems easier to clean this out, however as this is a washer dryer I’m not sure if the combination of going from wet to try makes it harder to get the lint out of the seals. I would never recommend this product to anyone. In fact my advice if you have the space get a separate washer and dryer. If you don’t look for alternatives. It’s strange as the ratings on AO for this range of product is much higher than when you look on competitor websites. Now looking for an alternative replacement as it is not worth the money in energy costs and paying the insurance on a monthly basis.

Brilliant machine does what it says on the tin well pleased ??

Having had this for a nearly a year I’m pretty disappointed. We do everything as per the instructions and find ourselves needing to run the dry setting twice MINIMUM. Our clothes end up with a distinct musty. I’ve spent the last year kicking myself for cheaping out on this purchases only to look back on my order history to see I paid a fair amount including install etc. Also the reviews mentioning how quiet it is? They must all live in mansions! Luckily the flat below us is empty otherwise I’m sure I’d have had complaints by now. TLDR. It’s rubbish and 11 months later I’m seriously considering biting the bullet and replacing it just for an easier life

Quiet and does the job. Installing was not as straightforward and needed tweaking as when it is adjusted to top of worktop as per the fitting instructions the door doesn’t open. Happy with purchase so far.

I would recommend this washer/dryer - it has the dryer setting where your clothes come out fairly un-creased - and lots of settings to choose from
