On the Washing side occasionally the spinner dose not spin, note we do not put in heavy loads in the 9kg/5kg machine. The dryer is a pain, as you cannot set the drying time as it works on a sensor which stopped working after a few months, now if not manually timed and uses the cool down button will continue drying cycle for 4 hours. Also some times the clothes come out wetter from the dryer than when the wash cycle spin completed. I have used washer dryers for over 25 years and never had any of these issues before. Clearly this is a manufacturing design fault.

Love this machine. Very quiet and great size drum. Delighted with this so far.

It's a washer/dryer that works, clothes go in dirty and come out clean. The dryer part works well, although not brilliantly, but not bad enough to lose a star in the review. Lots of different wash settings too, so can be done quickly (less than an hour)

I do not recommend this machine. I've had it less than a month and I've already had a lot of problems with it. It doesn't drain and just comes up with error codes. Already had Hoover out once to check it and they said it was fine (it is clearly not) and as I write this, it's been full of water for 5 days and refusing to drain. Can't do any washing and am sad. Tried to reject it under 30 days. AO said they wanted to come out and check it to make sure it's been fitted right (paid for fitting) and then 'forgot' to schedule someone to come. Making it difficult to reject replace. Spent money on this machine but only achieved dirty clothes and a headache. Am left with an overflowing washing basket, a machine full of water with no prospects of getting it replaced quickly.

Excellent machine, smoothly and quickly delivered

So far so good! Runs quiet (conversation is actually possible in the same room) and efficiently. The drying function could be improved but combo machines do tend to be far from perfect.

Bought this washer/dryer to replace our washing machine, which gave up the ghost after 7yrs (drum now reprovisioned as a fire pit!). Went for a dual device so we could also remove our separate tumble dryer, to create some storage space in our utility room. Super happy with the end result. Absolutely no complaints with the washing machine. Great cleaning and reasonably quiet. As to be expected with combo machines, drying takes a bit longer... but not to such a degree as to be a problem. The preset functions are great to make sure things are well dried. So far so good.

Great machine and not too noisy as it's in open plan area. Does everything it's made for.
