I have bought everything for my kitchen from here with no problems but with my cooker oven i didnt recieve e mail or text to say what time sloti was recieving it..i niped to my neighbours ..then recieved a phone call from neighbour saying was here and they were waiting...they were noy very happy.would appreciate a msg or text ..easier .

I love this oven! After inheriting an oven with our house purchase that I couldn't get on with, I was beginning to think that I could no longer bake. I've only had this oven a week but I've definitely tested it! Everything I've made from cakes, pizzas, cookies, brownies, flapjacks, pies, chips, veg etc have all been perfect. I love the fast preheat, the shelves are easy to manoeuvre, I love the split roasting trays, they are a great idea. The light is bright and the larger oven door means that you don't have to open the door unnecessarily and it cooks evenly throughout. My only negative is the grill, I don't like the idea of using the shelf above the drip tray, It's ok for toast and dry items but wouldn't want to grill marinated items that way.
