I really like the product, shark are pretty much my go to. I think the curling part will take a little getting used to but should hopefully work it out after a few sessions.

I can’t rate the product as it’s for a Christmas present, service packaging and delivery exceptional as always.

It is so easier to use and takes the frizz away. The different attachments in the beautiful carry case makes it lovely for your weekends away, as well as daily life. The hairdryer is not to heavy and does the job brilliantly.

OK, so haven't used it on my hair yet but I have been watching lots of useful videos on how to make the most of all of the tools. So far, the only negative thing I have found is the tools supplied in the box. It's a shame you can't pick your own! I won't ever use the diffuser so that's a waste to me, where as if there was an option to choose my own tools or even swap one or two, that would be really useful. That's my reason for dropping a star. It all comes in a lovely case specifically made for the dryer and all of its tools. I know there is a cloth bag available to, which would probably be easier if you were travelling!
