Arrived broken Clothes took over 12 hours to wash and dry Gave off unsafe amounts of heat to the point of burning my child Made my clothes and home smell of burning

This is the second Hoover washing machine I've had. Glad to see they still do the 14 min wash handy if you just want to freshen up clothes. And the 59 min wash does a good wash. Like that this washer drier is easy to use, not complicated. You can change the temperature and spins on each wash if you want very handy. Very quiet when spinning/drying. All in all very happy with my purchase.

AOL delivered on time and kept me updated throughout the process. The appliance is exactly what I needed and was priced competevily. This was the first time I have used AOL but will certainly use AOL again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Only had it for a week so far, but it's been great. I love the fact that I can set up a wash/dry cycle from my phone - in fact I use it from the app more than I do from the actual machine. It's a great, time saving and efficient product, genuinely cannot fault it...yet.

The washer/ dryer i ordered is exactly how described and works fantastic, exactly the same as the service. Well done AO. Product and service so good I have & will use you again.

Really good washer dryer, like the 9kg drum load, large opening door, got so much to mention, moter is really quiet to the last one we had, so pleased with it, 1 small thing had to use our old water pipe new 1 leaked, no probs.

Great washer dryer, super easy to install, really quiet too. Love the Wi-Fi functionality.
