My new cooker was delivered and installed at the time specified. The service was courteous and swift. Everything went to plan and there was no mess or packagaing for me to clear-up. I got what I wanted and then went about my day. Why can't everything be so straight-forward? The cooker is perfect; it looks good, works wonderfully and has made my life that little bit sweeter.

Looks smart. Easy to clean. Very happy with the way it cooks, and pleased with the ease of use.

The new cooker looks great in the kitchen. The black contrasting with the cream units. It has a self cleaning oven. A real benefit. A minor point the oven could do with a second shelf.

Easy to use. Oven capacity is bigger than my last 50cm cooker which is a bonus. Cooks well and happy with our purchase so far.

excellent cooker and sevice and there installation and recycling sevice was great only took 5 days too, only one problem because of the cookers layout the oven door is so close to ground that to get things in and out or to look through door to check on food u have to either get on your knees or swat down if u have back problems or bad knees which I do it makes me miss my old cooker which put oven door higher so I didn't have to worry about it, but is a very good cooker and company to get it from i would recommend

Really good. The oven is perfect and cooks to the time required. The gentlemen that fitted it was so good and did a really good job.

Cooker fits nicely into my kitchen colour scheme. Only criticism is that it came with one oven shelf so had to buy one.
