Very smart. Downside is that it’s deeper than my previous machine and does not fit snuggly under my standard size work too. This may be more of a consideration if the machine is going into your kitchen. Ours is in the utility room so it’s not so much of an issue.

Bought this dryer April 2023. Condenser in the machine packed up December 2023. Engineer said it could not be repaired and the machine was replaced with new at end Dec 23. Now the new machine has packed up (1 year later) and it is the condenser again. Engineer says it can be repaired this time (no idea ehy thats changed) but there is no stock of the part in UK or Europe. The machine clearly has a design fault, wish I'd never bought it.

Very pleased with my new Haier heat pump tumble dryer. Quiet in operation and the dryer doesn’t get overly hot inside the drum like condenser dryers do, which I think is better for my washing. Filters easy to clean. No big difference in drying times between my previous condenser dryer and the heat pump dryer … about half an hour maximum … but the heat pump dryer is much more economical so cheaper to run. Heat pump dryers have about an extra 10cm depth to them, compared to a condenser dryer, which is okay for us as the dryer lives in the garage, but is something to consider if you’re putting it in a kitchen, either under or on top of a worktop, as it will stick out 10cm more than a condenser dryer.

Incredibly easy to use. Easy to install and most of all, absolute no noise whatsoever. Absolutely love it.

Great, machine. Bought the 9kg version thinking I'd be able to stack on top of the 9kg matching washer but sadly tumble's depth is bigger by 5 inches and very heavy to lift to put it on top. Not complaining though as great machine, large drum, no large vent pipe needed out the back either. Just plug in and go! Door opens the opposite way to the washing machine it opens to the right. Bought it 2 weeks ago and love it, looks really modern in the charcoal colour.

Excellent size drum for large loads of drying, can easily accomodate a full load of bath towels. Very quiet whilst in operation and both the lint filter and water tank are easy to clean.

Having bought a haier washing machine and being delighted 2 days later I decided to treat myself with this dryer.......what a disappointment !! 4 and half hours to dry a load of wash. I could dry it quicker on the radiators. I'm now struggling to get all my washing dry and I'm so frustrated that I've had to rig up my old dryer in the garage to save having washing everywhere. What an expensive ornament this was for my utility room
