Really easy to use oven, and nice to look at

Went through many websites to read details as every site says this oven came with varying functions and details. None are 100% accurate. I think the upper oven door on this model is supposed to come off for easy cleaning however the latches do not go where they need to - one latch is too loose and falls out before you get the door off and the other is quite tight yet somehow falls out as well. Removable doors is one of the features I really wanted and now I don't have it. There is no oven light in the upper window and the light in the lower oven remains on while the oven is on. You cannot manually turn it on or off as needed. The lower oven is REALLY low to the floor. I am only 157cm tall and I need to squat right down to use it. I am on my knees to wipe the interior down after using. The oven itself is super easy to use and we have no major issues with it. Price and delivery were both good and the staff were friendly. Having some minor issues claiming the 10-year parts warranty but should get that resolved soon, I hope.

Decent cooker -‘good value for money. Grill handle keeps popping off. I’d be worried about putting & carrying food on it as the handle comes off easily
