Really good product, loads of space would highly recommend

The instructions, when eventually found in English and downloaded are hopeless and inaccurate. The temperature fine adjustment simply does not work. Main setting at 4 deg, calibrated thermometer inside ranges from 6.5 to 8.6 deg depending which shelf it's on. There is no open door alarm for the freezer and the fridge door alarm is so high pitched I cannot hear it. Door reversal instructions are a joke and the hinge fittings are not interchangeable, the screw holes roughly positioned and not threaded. I have asked AO to change this fridge for a better one, Haier engineer has to attend first but I have a feeling this is going to cost. What a pity.

Fantastic product, huge capacity and good quality.

It is very spacious while being quite efficient with energy use. It has been working brilliantly for the last few weeks since being installed. Often when you upgrade from an older fridge freezer to a newer one the extra insulation heavily reduces the internal space. This Haier is well worth the money in my opinion.

While I would agree with the positive reviews about the overall style and design of the fridge. As one other reviewer has commented, the compressor makes a high-pitched noise. The noise is intermittent but can last for several hours. This is normal for the fridge and as such, there is very little the Haier or AO can do about it. For a fridge of this price, it is a design flaw.

Replacement for broken fridge freezer. Bought the Haier as a direct replacement same size only 60/40 rather than 50/50. Both the fridge and the freezer have a greater capacity through good design. Frost free and works perfectly. Operating instructions are not very clear but managed to sort it. Good product and very pleased with it.
