    Fan breaking

    The fan on the oven started breaking and tripping the electrics after about 4 weeks. Not great

    Bosch ignore consumer rights act 2015

    We bought a Bosch Serie 2 HHF113BROB oven on 8th April through AO and after 6 weeks of light usage the oven bulb blew. We had registered for the 2 year guarantee so contacted Bosch to be told that bulbs are not guaranteed and they weren't prepared to replace it. Under the consumer rights act 2015 a purchased item must be of satisfactory quality and fit for particular purpose. I wouldn't say a bulb lasting 6 weeks of little use was either of those. If I had known Bosch oven bulbs only lasted this long I wouldn't have bought the cooker. As it is in a rental property it has cost us nearly £100.00 to have the bulb replaced on a 6 week old £394.00 oven I could understand it if it blew at around 18 months but Bosch didn't even offer to send a bulb in the post. I run a business and if a customer of mine had a similar problem that would have been fixed ASAP. Just a warning to others that Bosch will probably find an excuse for not repairing your goods under their guarantee, bulb this time, what next.

    Bosch Quality Not What It Was

    Arrived with parts missing on the grill and the light not working. Always associated Bosch with quality but the Oven parts like the dials etc feel flimsy. Not impressed

    Faulty oven bulb

    Bulb went two weeks after I bought it. Ordered a replacement bulb from Bosch. This bulb then went a week later. Looking into returning the oven now as they can't send an engineer due to lockdown.

    Overall I would rate the oven 3.5 out of 5 stars. It functions exactly as it should but my two gripes are that the dials feel flimsy and are not precise and do not line up for the temperature adjustment. Secondly the digital display looks tacky. Bearing in mind this is a quality brand and at a very good entry point price wise there should not really be room for complaint.

    Difficult to clean

    Disappointed with the enamel interior- I thought this would be easy to clean but it’s a nightmare. There’s no self clean function so even small food splashes / oil end up baked on and really difficult to remove. I’ve only had it for a couple of months but I’m thinking of changing it already.

    Disappointed

    Very disappointed with this oven. It has been supplied with only 1 rack which makes it difficult when cooking a few different dishes. Also it appears to get very hot very quickly. Frozen chips cook on the outside but not all the way through. It may just be me having to get used it.....I hope so.
