Bosch quality nothing else comes close. enough said

Item received on schedule by to very helpful couriers, The oven was well wrapped and compact and with some difficulties was unwrapped and checked for damage. The installation was simple enough, just slide the oven into the space and plug in! The oven was switched on and appeared to be in good working order and the finish of the oven was a great improvement on the old oven. We didnt have cause to fully operate the oven except for the required "burning off", so it wasnt used for some days after. It was then that we found that the oven had a fault! the oven temperature indication light was not functioning. A call to Bosch service dept was made and a visit to repair the oven was organised. Apart from this glitche, I would have given AO five stars as the oven is of very good quality

The oven is working fine and as expected. It’s simple to work no need to read the instruction booklet that came with it, as it’s straight forward to operate. Pretty basic but that’s all I really wanted. The fan is a bit noisy but in general all okay with it.

The oven was simple to install, easy to use and very useful instructions. However there is a slight problem it is not self clean and the oven has no lining within to absorb the fat residue from cooking. Perhaps a slight improvement in the product could make a significant difference for consumers.

Absolutely great cooker but the cable on the back is way too short, they only supply one moveable shelf and my wife badly cut her finger on a very sharp edge of the metal outter cover when we were installing this.

I’m unable to review the functioning of the oven as I haven’t used it yet. It was fitted today I have three comments tho so far. 1 a rubber strip is supplied with the oven which neither I nor the electrician could work out what to do with...it is not mentioned in the fitting instructions...is it important..who knows? 2. If I turn the oven off at the wall which I like to do the clock needs resetting which is going to be a pain !!. 3 Bosch offer added benefits if you register your purchase online but the so called “easy” registration is far from it....very buggy on my iPad....I’ve had to give up and forego the extra benefits....no contact phone alternative supplied... and the contact form online is a mile long.... I hope the oven at least lives up to bosch’s Reputation as the service so far certainly hasn’t . Please with AO tho.....

Oven interior was slightly smaller than expected. Control knobs very difficult to see. However efficiency of oven very good.

Picked due to limited space, fits well, not used much as only had for a couple of days. Controls easy to use and settings Ok. But 'child lock' only for controls not as I first thought preventing the door from being opened. Also would have been nice to have more than one shelf supplied. Overall given the time scale mentioned looks like a good buy, only given 3 stars due to not having used much yet.
