Excellent product and excellent service. Instructions for product are a bit basic. Had to look on you tube to see how to fill the water dispenser and no temperature thermometer for freezer.

Would of left 0 stars but didn't have that option. Such a terrible appliance. Such a small fridge, not big enough for a family of 4 the layout inside is useless. A terrible design. The way you have to remove a shelf in the door to fill the water tank up for the dispenser is ridiculous. The freezer is ok size wise however it's not freezing everything. Some thing's are frozen solid other things not frozen at all! The fridge temperature isn't right either nothing feels cold enough, have tried adjusting but it never feels right. Hoover not able to get an engineer out until the 25th August.
