Disappointed with the oven. It states grill pan/drip tray but there's no rack in it, how are you supposed to grill, just let the food float around in fat? Luckily I kept the rack from my old one. Also the shelves don't go high enough to grill closely to crisp etc. The ceramic hob is okay but marked immediately on first use. I wish I'd bought a different make. The service/installation from AO superb as always.

Easy to use both items, clear instructions in the hand books provided. Oven is particularly good and cooks food evenly. Only downside is oven does not come with a grill pan and only one shelf.

Great product: User-friendly hob and oven, does what it says on the spec. Easy to clean and well-designed. Definitely recommend the item. Some niggles with logistics and re-issuing the product, but AO customer services did come through and made everything work out seamlessly which was a big positive for us as customers.
