    Solid dishwasher

    5/5
Working well and has extra space for plates etc because it doesn't have a cutlery basket.

    Impressed!

Brilliant product, easy to install, easy to use and a lot of space!

    A family sized dishwasher

    5/5
Very spacious and reliable dishwasher. Like the layout inside especially the top drawer for cutlery. Would of liked a light on the floor, but that doesn't reflect the use..

    Excellent value. Nicely laid out.

    5/5
Excellent dishwasher very reasonably priced. The stacking areas are very intelligently laid out. Loved the thin tray at top for cutlery rather than having a basket that keeps snagging.

    Hisense excellence

    5/5
Very quiet, easy to use. Our installer thinks it is a bargain as it’s well made with quality parts also used in higher priced brands . The new energy ratings took a bit of working out when deciding which to choose. We needed it as an emergency order for Christmas Dinner and to be reasonably priced! It was delivered promptly by helpful polite drivers. Very happy so far.

    Bit small inside

    4/5
Was easy to install. Unfortunately it’s a little smaller inside than the one I was replacing, I thought it would be the same as my old Hisense (2 year old!) but it’s slightly smaller meaning you can’t put tall glasses in the top shelf with plates etc on the bottom. This is a L, should’ve have gone for a XXL. Also said it had a 15 minute cycle but I can’t find it.

When it stops working, warranty repair is a nightmare!

    1/5
This would have been no stars if it was an option. I bought this model because of the cutlery tray, which is so much better than a basket and it was reasonably priced. It's been ok for just over a year and then suddenly stopped working. Contacting warranty repair is a nightmare: endless waits on the phone, and if it's Hisense themselves, they just make you hold for 15 minutes then cut you off. Despite being required to send a video of the fault beforehand, the engineer was sent without the correct part. It will be six weeks at least before it's fixed because Hisense don't have the part in stock, so I have no dishwasher for Christmas. AVOID HISENSE AT ALL COSTS!

    Poor performance 18mths in

    3/5
This dishwasher is 18 months old for me now and I hate it! It just doesn't clean very well. I've upgraded our dishwasher tablets but we still have to pre-soak and quite often wash tricky items by hand. In fact, I wash more and more items by hand. The filter part has snapped in two (so it separates either side of the metal plate). It feels flimsy and as though there isn't much water pressure coming through - placement of cutlery vs stacking of the top drawer is a big issue. Overall. I don't recommend.
