The did not close properly so it could be used for several days until an engineer came to fix it. Rather frustrating.

It's been 2mths and it's working perfectly. Very smooth and quick fitting by ao, considering it was integrated. I fully recommend letting ao replace, fit and take the old one away. No hassle and probably cheaper than doing it yourself.

great product, cleans well and easy to load - love the door opening when finished. The cutlery draw is slightly flimsy and took a bit of getting used to, but really like it now and appreciate more space in the main part of the machine

It is working very well. I really like the cutlery tray - it makes life easy to put the items away when placed in the tray altogether. Also this frees up more space for the crockery etc. You require some specials tools to fit the dishwasher in place. We had the tools but you may want to have it fitted by a professional.

It cleans very well and I really like the additional rack at the very top that hold cutlery. it takes slightly longer to load than a traditional cutlery basket but with this there are no sharp points of cutlery sticking upwards. But has a couple of negatives. 1. The setup menu is difficult to access, you have to press 2 buttons at exactly the same time. If you're a millisecond out you can't access it. 2. If you lower the top rack so that you can fit tall glasses, like wine or pint glasses you can't put dinner plates on either side of the bottom rack as they hit the top rack mechanism.

Lovely dishwasher. Especially like the top but for the cutlery. More room in there than I thought.

Plenty of room in the dishwasher only used a couple of times but works OK. Doesn't clean my tea stained cups as well as my previous dishwasher though

Easy to install and great dishwasher. Like the cutlery tray and the fact you can adjust the middle shelf. Door pops open when complete to let out hot air and speed up drying. Hour programme cleans everything first time.
