Good washing machine. The reason I went for this machine is it comes with an extended 5 year warranty and 10 year parts guarantee. However when registering this on phone was told to do it online. Registered online and received an email to confirm registration but it says nothing about the 5 year guarantee.

So far this machine has been great! Pros - easy to use and straightforward programs. Cycles aren't overly long so it's definitely more cost effective than the machine I replaced. Big drum for larger loads, relatively quiet when in use. Cons - none so far. Happy with my purchase and glad I went with a brand I've not tried before.

Slight leak when first used. All OK after that. Very quiet machine. Works well on all the programs we have tried. We like the refresh and 15min cycles in particular.

I know little of this Brand but works OK. Control is hard to see to set.

Initial purchases and delivery process was seamless, initial view of the product also appears to be positive with lots of cycle options, however given the purchase was only 3 weeks ago it’s difficult to comment on robustness and quality.

Brilliant fast service and product is great

This washer is whisper quiet,has a good selection of programes, and plenty of adjustments to many of them to get the results you want. I am delighted with it.
