Great size drum with a wide range of cycles. So far, it has been exactly as hoped.

Very good at getting washing clean although programs can be rather slow but that's fine if you run overnight on time delay. Just wish the controls and icons were more intuitive and/or the instruction manual was better written. I'm not a person who is going to run it remotely so I've not bothered with that at all but could be ideal for someone who's disabled.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. 4* because I can’t see the point of the WiFi and the instructions don’t include the run time which would be helpful. I know it shows up on the display and no doubt I’ll get used to it. Like the large capacity, saves on time and energy.

I've only had the machine a couple of weeks so I can't comment on how robust it is. It's quiet. The drum is big. It seems good. I did not buy this for the WiFi controls, I bought it for it's size, price and efficiency rating. However I downloaded the HON app to use it and it wanted the password to my router. There's no way Hoover needs my password so we won't be making use of that. If that's something that I bought this machine for it would be returned. It has a good range of programs and a delay timer. The door is wide for loading, this is good. However when the machine is not in use I like to leave the door open, and the detergent drawer open to prevent smells and mould; but the door bashes the drawer when they're both open so this is a little frustrating for me. The drawer doesn't open very much at all either so getting the laundry additives in isn't as easy as my last machine. Overall I really like it, it was exceptional value for money, but there are small areas that annoy me slightly.

Nice having various quick wash programs. Machine is really quiet until the final spin @1400 when it emits a high pitched whine, but apart from that, quite happy

Why the need to overcomplicate a washing machine - need a degree in space technology to understand the mannual / operate the flight deck! Too many programmes - haven't yet found a combination of a 60 degree wash with 1400 spin that takes less than 3 hours (far too long). Otherwise nice looking machine, wide door easy access - machine quiet which is a big factor. Bought washing machine and dishwasher together in the hope of matching shades of white - no such luck!

I love how big the drum is in this washing machine. It must be saving me money just because I'm doing fewer washes. Love the eco-friendly nature. In fact, I love everything about it except for the buttons. The buttons are touch-sensitive except that they're not... There must be a knack to them. It can take me a few goes just to get the machine to start. If it had proper buttons, I'd give it 5 stars. I've yet to try the app - maybe that makes button pressing easier.
