I’ve had this washer almost a month now and I’m highly delighted, much the same as most people I’d never heard of the brand so was sceptical but I had absolutely no need to worry, so much so I’ve bought the fridge aswell now. It’s super silent and at last I found a washer that can cope with washing capsules without leaving soapy suds once rinsed! It brings my whites out cleaner than ever and smelling gorgeous, It’s lovely to look at also, the pics do not do it justice at all! After my previous washer was a market leading brand and has only lasted just shy of 3 years it’s safe to say I’ll be sticking with this make from now on. If your ummin and ahing don’t bother just go for it you won’t regret it.

Haier. Never heard of them, so a little bit of research identified that they were a manufacturer of substance in the domestic appliances market with a number of brands I know and many I did not. That info made me feel better about trying a new supplier after decades of Zanussi washers. The washing machine. had it a few weeks now, wow is the best way to describe our new machine. It was not top of the range, in fact the cheapest model, but it does everything and more. The most important is it certainly washes our clothes, and to date we have used 4 or 5 of the programmes. we are all happy with the result. Almost as important is how quiet the machine is... We are still checking to see if it has stopped as it seems there is no noise in comparison to previous washers. and thirdly from comparing data it is one of the cheapest to operate.

Never had this problem before but every time I do a wash, hours later the drum fills up with water from nowhere. What is going on? It's brand new.

Delivered on a Sunday, Monday of the following week the engineer is coming out as the ‘cottons’ program is not working correctly; randomly adding extra rinse cycles and extra time. As the user manual isn’t very good not sure if this is an error in operation or to be expected. The guy on phone support at Haier didn’t know either. Otherwise a very quiet machine and washes well.

Quiet washing machine until that spin kicks in. It’s been levelled we’ve checked this multiple times. But when the spin kicks in the noise is horrible and it bounces out of the slot and has damaged parts of the kitchen. Cats are terrified of it now.

Avoid. My experience was really bad. It stopped being quiet almost from the get go. Eventually the spin did not work at all after less than six months. I do not run a laundrette. We are not even a medium size family. Two individuals. Getting it right under warranty was painful. I told them on the eleventh. It took more than two weeks for the guys to turn up with the spares. It turned out they could not fix it after all. Fair enough as Haier said they would replace, but wait for it, the guys said it was fine to use until I got my replacement and maybe they fixed it. DO NOT TRUST THEIR BODGE REPAIRERS EVER. I had to wash a few things after they left. WHATEVER THEY DID THEY DID UTTERLY WRONG AS THEY MADE IT WORSE TO THE POINT THE THING MADE SO MUCH KNOCKING AND VIBRATION MY NEIGHBOUR HEARD IT AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE DOOR WOULD BURST AND THE THING MOVED MORE THAN FOUR INCHES. I PHOTOGRAPHED HOW FAR IT MOVED AND SHARED WITH HAIER. I am seriously concerned it knocked the dishwasher next to it and the pipework behind. THEIR CALL CENTRE IS USELESS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY OWNED FROM CHINA SO NO WAY TO GET THE COMPLAINT TO THE EXEC.

Absolutely love this Washing Machine. I previously owned a Hotpoint Aquarius Washer Dryer for about 10 years. I honestly didn’t realise how noisy this machine was. The Haier you just cannot hear running including during the 1400 spin cycle. I’ve had to check a couple of times that I’d switched it on. If I was to criticise one thing it’s when the machine finishes. Unless you are close by you don’t hear the click of the door to know the cycle has finished. I wish there was an audible noise but that is my only criticism. If this machine lasts as long as my previous Hotpoint I’ll be extremely happy.

Great washing machine, so many programmes including steam and delay timer. Really quiet compared to the last washing machine we had. Even plays a little tune when it's done ?? Also big plus automatically turns itself off when it's done and you're not around to empty it.
