Quiet washing machine until that spin kicks in. It’s been levelled we’ve checked this multiple times. But when the spin kicks in the noise is horrible and it bounces out of the slot and has damaged parts of the kitchen. Cats are terrified of it now.

Great quiet machine. Only grips are with the time remaining indicator that lies constantly, so it can't be trusted. The other issue is with which I thought was delayed start option which is not that at all but a finish by time, according to visiting engineer.

Stylish looking and fairly straightforward to operate. A bit disappointed as it is noisier than the Beko we previously had. I would not recommend if you are looking for a quieter machine. This was the main attraction to buying this model..

Quiet, hopefully remains so. Unfortunately it was not plumbed in properly by AO and I have only been able to use it once as I am now waiting for my utility and kitchen diner to dry out. But from the one time I did use it I was disappointed to see the 15 minute quick wash only washes as 30 and with a 1200 spin. Other than that I can't really comment yet.

Washes well and good choice of programmes however definitely not as quiet as it should be. Unsure whether to return as wondering if it’s faulty. Have applied the 4 foam pads and machine is level.

All ok they left the machine in my hallway because they could not get through, I unpacked it and it went through easily, I had it all working within half an hour.

Never had this problem before but every time I do a wash, hours later the drum fills up with water from nowhere. What is going on? It's brand new.

Delivered on a Sunday, Monday of the following week the engineer is coming out as the ‘cottons’ program is not working correctly; randomly adding extra rinse cycles and extra time. As the user manual isn’t very good not sure if this is an error in operation or to be expected. The guy on phone support at Haier didn’t know either. Otherwise a very quiet machine and washes well.
