Really good product, excellent service from AO with the disconnection, connection and recycling. Washing machine looks sleek and modern and is really quiet. Really happy with the product, shame it makes everything else look old and tired.

My Haier washing machine was delivered in August 2024 and I am now awaiting a second repair to a leaking front door gasket. There is also a leak from underneath the washing machine. Haier are saying that there are no spare gaskets in stock, anywhere in Europe. So I have a washing machine I cannot use and at present there is no timescale for repair. As you can imagine, I am unimpressed.

This, I think, is the best washing machine we have ever had. It’s quiet, has a 15 minute wash program plus programs for everything we could need to wash and is very stylish looking too. There’s nothing to dislike about it at all.

Great washing machine with clear settings and an attached app for remote washing. Very efficient and with guides as to which setting is suitable for you. Installation with AO was extremely prompt and efficient.
