A brilliant washing machine. A massive upgrade from the old BEKO that I had before. Its so quiet! Really intuitive controls (still worth reading the manual though to understand what all of the settings mean) a really large opening and even a light inside the drum so you don't miss any odd socks. Couldn't be happier.

Good looking ,nice size drum ,really quite,a good size for a small kitchen.length of inlet pipe/waste pipe / cable length needs to be part of information .

Had the machine a week. It is on a solid floor and is level. The machine has not been overloaded but knocks, bangs and vibrates when spinning. Very disappointing

This machine is very economical and cleverly they have a large Drum yet machine is small. Depth is a lot less then my old machine. It is also very quiet and does not jump around the room. When filling machine make sure all is within drum ,If something is caught in rubber area it will leak but machine can be stopped. A beginner mistake on my part. Has auto function so you simply load and let it run. Currently select "mix" which runs at 30 degrees its cleaning power is amazing. Only had a week. Motor is direct drive and guaranteed for life .

Product of dreams ! Love it so much, from the control to the wash and the aesthetic. The depth makes it easy to fit in smaller spaces too. The customer service at ao is also impeccable- couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly and accommodating team.
