Great product. Looks goods and AO we're fab as normal.

Early days as have only has this for about 10 days, but it's been used several times during that time. I got this to replace a broken integrated washing machine - I was tired of the integrated machine shaking the attached cupboard door so decided to go for a freestanding one. I chose this model because (1) it looked good, and (2) it actually can fit flush with the cabinets, unlike most other freestanding models that stand out massively. Initially I thought I'd broken something when installing it, as it wasn't turning on. Later I figured out I had to touch the power button for a couple seconds before it turned on - this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the manual. Maybe it's common knowledge among touch panel washing machines, but this was my first one so I had to figure it out. Anyway, it is remarkably quiet. I still haven't heard it spin yet, as I'm never around in the kitchen when it's spinning and can't hear it from upstairs. With my previous machine, when it was spinning, everyone in the house would know. It looks good, washes well, and doesn't jump around at all. And comes with a 5 year warranty to boot! Overall if you're looking for a shallow freestanding machine that looks good and is quiet, this seems as good a bet as any. If depth doesn't matter, I'd probably go for one that's about 100 quid cheaper - these specialised models are always more expensive than regular ones.

I love my new washer. It’s so quiet. The was choices are many so I can always find a wash for any scenario and the performance is brilliant. I love that you can turn off the beeps this is a great feature. ??????????Five stars from me

Amazing new washing machine! Looks wonderful and is extremely quiet only hear the water intake rather than the washing. Excellent delivery and installation by both deliverymen.

Very good machine, really silent. The drum holes are big enough so that clothes with metal bits at the end of strings get stuck.

This is hopefully counteracting my earlier review that this was a good machine: it’s awful. Water is pouring out of the door after less than 3 months. Haier were insanely rude and did not care at all when I contacted them - I was treated as an inconvenience and they seemed to think a machine failing after such a short time was acceptable. AO have tried to rectify but are blocked by Haier

Washing machine is nice and quiet and fits in with my other silver appliances. The issue I have with this washing machine is the fact that the buttons are 'touch'. It takes an age to press the button to turn it on because it's touch and takes a good 4/5 times to get it going. Although when I lean on it, it turns on straight away! I can see issues with the buttons later on its life.

Machine is exactly what I wanted and goes well with the look of my kitchen. Shame the 2 delivery drivers that brought it into the house dumped it in the kitchen leaving me to struggle with it on my own as AO hadn't added the connection despite a phone call requesting this to be added.
