Love this machine, so quiet, you can hear the water in and out. The Auto setting it my favourite, just load it up, select Auto and this smart machine does the rest. Great for energy saving. Transport bushes at rear of machine need a lot of grunt to remove but if you persist they will come out after you have removed the bolts. Top marks to Chris in AO who couldn't supply my 1st choice in time so I gained this machine as an upgrade. Excellent *****customer service.

Machine is exactly what I wanted and goes well with the look of my kitchen. Shame the 2 delivery drivers that brought it into the house dumped it in the kitchen leaving me to struggle with it on my own as AO hadn't added the connection despite a phone call requesting this to be added.

I was drawn to this Haier because of its shallow depth, good reviews for quietness in operation and an energy efficiency rating of A under the newly introduced classification. Oh - and a five year parts and labour warranty! It was easy to install despite being of very solid construction. I followed the manual advice to do an empty hot wash first, and then handed over to my wife! The controls were easy to follow and we are both impressed by how quiet it is while washing and even during the spin cycle. Well worth the price.

Very compact and very heavy, hopefully it will last for years, the display is different to what we are used to, will need the manual for the first few goes!

Just a quick update. We've had this machine for about a month now and used it nearly every day. Everything comes out clean and not particularly creased. It is exceptionally quiet, but whether you'd want it in an open plan room is questionable. We have it in a utility room and with the door closed it is silent! It certainly is the quietest machine we have had. Just a warning, on installing it is imperative the machine is levelled up correctly, otherwise the door rattles like it's going to drop off! All in all we are very happy, it's even nice to look at (if that's possible for a household appliance).

Needed a shallower depth washing machine and this one is great. Drum is taller so we dont lose any washing space. Very quiet running and easy to use. Looks great too. Very impressed.

Lovely quiet machine, 15 min quick wash, lots of programmes to choose from and easily understandable controls. Looks chic too
