Only had it just over a week & only put 5 loads through, the number of variations to each wash can seem too much at the start but actually it really helps give the wash you require, the 1600 spin is brilliant & the drying side is pretty damn quick. Oh & it's a lot quieter than my old machine.

Drum is nice and large. But it does not operate well in comparison with my 15 year old machine. There are no numbers it is all symbols so very confusing, The clothes come out feeling of detergent and towels dry like boards, so I have to add an addition rinse, which my old machine sensed and did automatically when necessary. So with 1600 spin and additional rinse it takes about 1:20. My previous machine did a better job in 45 minutes, clothes better rinsed and drier. If I could find something better I would reject it. It can use 1600 spin for quite a range of programmes but the push buttons are very difficult to operate. I just wish I could have had another 2009 model different make. Set the one programme and use for 15 years!! Yet to see whether my husband can operate the new machine at all. I doubt he will be able press the buttons.

To begin with this machine was fantastic. Until after 2 months, it started filling with water whilst not in use. Luckily spotted it before it overflowed. Hoover sent an engineer - who was useless. He failed to order a part despite being chased twice. Waited 2 weeks and in the meantime the machine developed another fault and leaked water all over the floor. I was sent an identical replacement. Which developed exactly the same 2 faults in exactly 2 months. Hoover have admitted it’s firmware issue after sending out a much better engineer. So not economical to repair (thank goodness) so I now await another machine - of a different make. I’ve always had Hoover machines which have gone on for years. I won’t now. AO have been fantastic and easy to work with throughout (well done AO). But sadly hoover haven’t. Don’t buy this machine. You really don’t want the hassle and the flooded house.

Easy to use, and very quiet.Also, what we like about this washing machine is that it dispenses the correct amount of washing liquid and conditioner from the pre filled liquid holders (before we were filling a plastic cup and placing in the wash, using far too much liquid, so now we’re saving even more money!!) , it’s also rated energy A which is also what you want.Overall a very good product

True to the description online. Good solid machine with lots of sensible programs and helpful technology. The automated fabric softener is particularly helpful.

Excellent. I’ve had the washer dryer and now the washing machine. It’s quiet, lots of choices and length of wash. The dosing system saves money and is eco friendly. Wi-Fi enabled. I live it.

Perfect for our needs, really quiet in use even on max spin speed, with kitchen door open we don’t need to turn the tv up at all Cleans as it’s meant to, seems cheap and economical as well

So far so good, easy to load, easy to program, quiet and no noise, excellent.
