Perfect item for a perfect price

The machine worked well for the first few months and initially I loved it. Unfortunately either the pump or sensor has failed so I had to arrange for an engineer to come out. He didn't show and led about me cancelling the appointment. Since then any attempt to get an engineer out has failed. The customer service is genuinely shocking. Basically you'll get a great unit but only for about a year and then you'll find the company doesn't honour the warranty. The brand appears to be owned by Hoover Candy and I thought I'd give the unknown name a chance. But mistake. Stock to the better known and more established brands or you'll pay twice.

Excellent purchase, there are many different programs to choose from, suitable for large, medium and small loads. Good choices for delicates and wool, no stretching or shrinkage. The machine is so quiet, as I have open plan kitchen and living space, can hardly hear it spinning. The combined dryer also works well with a good range of timers and heat settings. Totally recommended.

First time we've bought a washer dryer, First time we've bought Haier. Must say we're very very pleased indeed.

It's very simply to use. Super quiet. Looks really stylish. Fits in more than my old one. Really happy.

Easy to use multi functional quiet and user friendly !!

Having previously had a washer dryer and being really disappointed with the drying function I was a bit sceptical about whether this would be any different. It’s a brilliant washer dryer, really quiet when spinning which is great, looks lovely, great range of washing programmes, easy to use and then there’s the dryer! We don’t have space for a separate tumble dryer and I’m sick of having a bulky heated airer taking up lots of space. The dryer function on this is brilliant. It’s as good as a separate dryer in my opinion which was a surprise. No more hanging everything on radiators, over doors and on an airer! Can’t comment on how much it takes to run yet as we’ve only had it a week. Overall I’d highly recommend, great product!
