Delivery and packing were very good. The price was good. The only negative thing about the product itself is the lack of a temperature control. There are several preset temperatures for different types of cooking but it would be good if the manual setting had a temp control

I bought this for practice before I receive my new induction hob in my new kitchen in September. I was going to continue with gas but reconsidered and went with induction due to environmental reasons. I love it. In fact I now use it for most of my cooking bypassing the gas hob completely. Everything cooks quickly. It is easy to use (I primarily use it in manual mode) and simple to clean. It is a nifty little piece of kit for the kitchen.

Great value and a brilliant product to reduce the gas bill! It’s perfect for stews and stir fry, it’s a little more difficult to do things like scrambled eggs on unless you like them well done. Overall I’d say you can’t beat it for quality/value.

Major issue is the lack of any temperature control when operating in manual mode. The only way to change the temperature appears to be by changing the power setting, which is not exactly fine tuning! Impossible to get it to a very low simmer. Otherwise a neat looking machine with some useful presets.

Heats really quick. Easy to adjust temperature. Small enough to fit in a drawer when not in use. Superb but of kit.

Great product, efficient and easy to use!

I bought the Tefal hob as we were having a new kitchen installed and other work which would take 3-4 weeks. Having set up a mini kitchen in another room I quickly realised cooking for 2 from a microwave for that time wasn’t going to be easy. I am absolutely delighted with it, it has made such a difference. It is simple to use, the instructions are clear and it really is just plug and go. You can use the programmes suggested ( the one for boiling is good) but I tend to use the manual control as I like to be able to adjust the power as I am cooking. Having had an induction hob in my last house I can say that it is as fast and efficient as you would expect. The new kitchen will have an induction but I will keep it for when we go self catering as you don’t always get an induction hob in some of the properties.
