I chose this machine because of lowest overall cost. I.e. purchase price and electrics costs, over the life of the machine. So far very happy. Not any noisier than previous machines. The water reservoir only needs emptying every 5 uses. On "mix" it is dry enough for most of us. One of us is only happy with the dryest setting. The programs on condensers do take a while but as the take the same time as the washing machine there is no "queueing of wet laundry".

Only had this for a couple of weeks but so far I am really pleased with it. Easy to use and dries clothes well. Would recommend. AO were brilliant too in their service.

Not too noisy and gets the clothes dry. It's not our first heat pump dryer, so we know it takes longer than a traditional type. Importantly for us, we chose this model as we had limited depth to install and I'm pleased to report that our model was sized as listed without any further projections.

Great unit, clothes come out dry as long as 'super dry' cycle selected. Often finishes quicker than the original predicted length of cycle.

This tumble drier is quiet and efficient. It adjusts its timings as it measures how dry the washing is which is good but does mean that you can't figure out when it will actually finish. Will need to use timed sessions more. It is kept in the garage and so may be affected by ambient temp.

Exactly as described and relatively quiet. We had concerns about how dry our clothes would be using a heat pump, but we’ve seen no difference to a regular dryer - works just fine

Love the dryer, does exactly what it should do.

Great tumble, seems to work well took a bit of time to work out the drying times. I love the light in the drum for when you are unloading, this is a great feature.
