Excellent product and very good service as when they give you a delivery slot, they ring you and arrange an earlier appointment and that was fantastic. They even remove your old appliance for free

Bosch quality product, good value and quick delivery

No stars for this faulty Bosch Fridge Freezer, from day one 15th of June, the inside left hand side of the fridge has been hot and a thick layer of frost has also formed at the back panel of the fridge. The fridge temperature is set on the lowest setting,still it remains warm inside. The freezer is cold but not freezing, just barely cold. I have had to request a second engineer visit with Bosch for next week as the first engineer repair visit was not fruitful. I want a full refund to buy another brand as I have been let down with this purchase.

Really pleased with ao's service. A really good fridge/freezer. Plenty of space and the BIG draw has already come in handy, great idea. All in all a really great product and very quite you don't know it's on. So far all + no - . Would give ten stars If I could.
